Digital Package
Running a digitalisation project pushes an SME out of its comfort zone. The project may look like the answer to every problem, but the objections it raises are often too many and too complex for it ever to be seriously considered.
Among those objections is the time the project will demand — on top of the provider’s hours. And all the tasks that fall outside the client’s core business, where they are expected to become the expert so as not to be overwhelmed by technical language or technology choices.
So despite the ministry’s support programmes, the gap is usually too wide for SMEs to take on digital projects.
On that basis, LaSauce offers a different way to run digital projects — an approach built on transparency, on participative project management, and on taking over most of the tasks that fall outside your comfort zone.
How we work
Transparency — this is the key to the climate of trust a project needs to succeed. We talk openly about rates, deadlines, milestones, the simple things to do and the real challenges.
Project management — every stage is documented and validated in a meeting where everyone has their say. If a phase doesn’t reach consensus among all participants, the project won’t deliver what was hoped for. Its success matters as much to us as it does to you.
Taking on the tasks outside your business — our team’s range lets us work across every stage of the project.
