Personal data
What we collect
This site sells nothing online, runs no newsletter and creates no user accounts. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to send us through the contact form: first name, last name, email address, telephone number and the content of your message.
Why we collect it
Solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on the project you contact us about. Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis
Your consent, given when you submit the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for three years from our last contact with you, then deleted. Where a business relationship follows, the data is kept for the duration of that relationship and for the statutory retention periods that apply afterwards.
Who has access
Only LaSauce SàRL and the collaborators working on your project. The data is stored on servers located in the European Union.
Cookies
This site uses no audience measurement or advertising cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no tracking pixel and no third-party advertising script.
The only cookies placed are technical cookies required by our anti-spam protection, which verify that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated script. They are strictly necessary for the security of the site and do not follow you across other websites. Under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive, strictly necessary cookies do not require prior consent.
You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking the anti-spam cookies may prevent the contact form from working.
If audience measurement is added to this site in the future, this page will be updated and a consent banner will be shown before any such cookie is placed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise these rights, write to lasauce@lasauce.lu.
If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority: Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux — cnpd.public.lu
